Mobile World Congress Barcelona

From 27th of February till 2nd of March,  Mobile World Congress – the world’s largest gathering for the mobile industry was organized in Barcelona, where President of the Board, Dražen Oreščanin presented Poslovna inteligencija.

The mobile industry continues to be characterized by high levels of growth and opportunity, and as the industry becomes more dynamic, the opportunities within it increase in equal amount, as do the challenges. The Mobile World Congress conference programme provided an essential, in-depth coverage of the contemporary and future mobile industry, highlighting specific areas of growth and opportunity.

There were more than 108,000 attendees on the conference, professionals from 208 countries and territories were present, and the event was covered by approximately 3,500 members of the international press and media.

More than 2,300 companies participated with topics from connected cars, virtual reality and ingenious app ideas, to 3D printing and privacy protection. Visitors also explored “GSMA Innovation City“ and experienced immersive demonstrations of the most cutting-edge mobile-enabled products and services in the world today.

Within the conference, numerous events were organized, like „4YFN (4 Years From Now)“, „YOMO ( Youth Mobile Festival)“, „ Women4Tech“, „ Global Mobile Awards“ and „Ministerial Programme“.
